OVERVIEW
Leadership & Vision Limited (L&V) focuses on building the capacity of organisations though related consulting services. Over the past eleven Years, L&V has conducted open seminars and in-company training programmes for over 100 companies in various sectors of the economy. Over 15,000 participants have attended L &V’s programmes.
L&V incorporates personal leadership development in most of its strategy work and training programmes given the belief that the organisational learning process and growth is affected significantly by the individual’s commitment to continuous change. Such commitment results in self-knowledge and development, which, if well coordinated, enhances teamwork and organisational growth.

Our approach
We review each company’s needs on its own merit while ensuring that the objectives for each exercise are clearly understood before the commencement of activities. The approach is not prescriptive. L&V seeks to generate solutions in every situation based on various forms of information-gathering interaction with appropriate contacts.
All our training programmes are highly interactive and personalised. Each participant has an opportunity to assess his needs and consciously develop a personal plan for change.
We have a highly competent group of consultants who have significant experience which make it possible for them to apply real life situations to various consulting situations. Given our belief in continuous improvement, the consultants are exposed to up-to-date tools, methods and current global practices for effective service to each clients. L&V is accredited by Nigerian Institute for Training and Development and the Centre for Management Development(CMD) and is registered with the United Nations Children’s Fund.
